Over the past 13 years, I’ve worked across finance, accounting, and valuations while helping founders and finance teams bring structure, clarity, and conviction to their decisions.
My experience spans financial modeling, FP&A, valuations (including complex instruments, ESOPs, and PPAs), and setting up financial controls for startups and SMEs.
Having operated as a vCFO, advisor, and founder myself, I understand both the analytical and human sides of building a business.
That’s why I started Nishtaa, to bring together deep financial expertise and calm, structured thinking that helps businesses grow with confidence.
Outside of work, I enjoy long runs, reading, brewing coffee, practising calisthenics, and being gleefully wrestled to the floor by my toddler son.
